Complaints

 

Based on the provisions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette RS 88/2021), the consumer can file a complaint with the Seller to exercise his rights from Article 51, 53 and 80 of this law, which implies the elimination of non-conformity, if any, due to the incorrectly calculated price and other defects that differ from the specified characteristics of the product. Canceling a purchase is not the same as a complaint. The complaint includes an error or defect that needs to be removed. If there are non-conformities with the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please contact us via the contact form. It is important that you describe the deviation or the resulting error to us precisely.

In that case, it is important that you print the following information when contacting us:

 

  • Name and surname of the recipient and number of the deposit
  • Name of the product you want to report and a description of the problem that occurred
